Shadow`s soundhole fitted preamps for acoustic and classical guitars are designed for sonic clarity, ease of installation and minimal impact on the fabric of your instrument.

SH Sonic Nanoflex is an easy-to fit preamp system for acoustic and classical guitar. It is fitted with 2-band-equalizer controls (bass and treble).

Because Sonic preamps are installed into the soundhole there is no need to cut a hole in the bout/frame of the guitar. The system works with two 3V cell batteries and comes with an active Nanoflex pickup.

Nanoflex pickups simultaneously sense the vibrations of the strings and the movement of the soundboard. This gives a sense of having a microphone mixed with an undersaddle pickup.

Due to active amplification directly at the pickup and 100% shielding of the entire system, no sound is lost and no hum is created.

Phase swith inverts the signal and cancels the overall feedback. The battery LED will turn on when the battery is low.

The complete system is extremely light and weighs less than a 9V battery other preamps work with.

Fitting: Drilling of the end-block to fit the endpin and of the bridge to fit the pick-up lead; the preamp unit fits using velcro/tape.
