The best-selling Liikanen Kantare I500C can be ordered in a left-hand version. The guitar is idential to the righ-handed model with the same LRS bracing system except for the nut, saddle and stringing. The saddle used is compensated for better intonation.

The Liikanen Kantare's unique Lens Resonance System of soundboard bracing is symetrical and this combined with Liikanen's method of saddle compensation means that the left and right handed versions can readily be built from the same instrument.
