Alhambra 3C CW / 3C CT Cutaway Classical Guitar

The 3C CW/CT E1 is a great electro-acoustic cutaway classical guitar at an entry level price from Alhambra.

The guitar comes in 2 body sizes - the standard body 3C CW and the thin bodied 3C CT. There is then a choice of soundboard in either solid cedar or solid spruce. All versions have back and sides of laminated mahogany, with a mahogany neck, Indian rosewood fingerboard and nickel plated machine heads. The most popular configuration - the 3C CW E1 - comes with a factory installed Fishman Classic 4 pickup and premap.

The 3C CW/CT is built with the player who comes from a steel-string guitar background in mind as it has a slightly narrower neck width than than is standard for classical models. It also has position markers on the side of the neck.

When played through a good quality "acoustic" amplifier the 3C CW/CT, with its Fishman Classic pre-amp, produces a sound that it is hard to believe comes from a budget-priced electro-acoustic classical guitar.
