 Alhambra 3C CW / 3C CT Cutaway Classical Guitar The 3C CW E1 is a great electro-acoustic cutaway classical guitar from Alhambra. A solid soundboard in spruce or cedar, laminated mahogany back and sides, mahogany neck with indian rosewood fingerboard, nickel plated machine heads, and, last but not least, Fishman Classic 4 Deluxe electronics. It is built with the player who comes from a steel-string guitar background in mind as it has a slightly narrower neck width than than is standard for classical models. It also has position markers on the side of the neck. There is a choice of solid German spruce soundboard or solid red cedar soundboard. A thin-bodied option is available to order - model 3C CT E1. When played through a good quality "acoustic" amplifier the 3C, with its Fishman Classic pre-amp, produces a sound that it is hard to believe comes from a budget-priced electro-acoustic classical guitar.
Options available to special order include an upgrade to the Fishman Prefix Problend, factory fitted pickguard, and a left-handed model and also the thin-bodied "CT" option. Please enquire.
