Liikanen Kantare Classical Guitar L300C - front right The L300C/LM300C has a solid cedar soundboard with laminated rosecherry for the back and sides. It is available in two finishes - high gloss (L300C) and matt satin (LM300C). These two models give you all the benefits of the LRS(R) soundboard-bracing system together with a solid soundboard but at entry-level prices. Both versions benefit from Liikanen's uncompromising build quality. The Kantare range is designed by Liikanen in Finland, hand-built by their partners in Vietnam, and then finished and set up by Liikanen back in Europe. Liikanen is a luthier specialising in hand-built instruments of very high quality.
Both the L300C and the LM300C benefit from the same Lens Resonance System(R) as do other Kantare guitars and so have exceptional tone, great sustain, and a dynamic range well beyond the ordinary. Liikanen guitars are finished to a very high standard. The rosette on these models has a striking geometric pattern and the binding and purfling provide visual highlights on the body. These models have Gotoh tuners and a rosewood bridge with bone fittings. The attention to detail goes as far as fitting wooden bindings over the the fret ends. The Kantare L300C/LM300C features
The L300C has a high gloss varnish finish while the LM300C has a satin varnish finish. The Kantare L300C and LM300C are great entry points to the Kantare range with their LRS(R) system - an innovation in soundboard bracing and design patented by Liikanen. We recommend you keep this guitar in a case when not in use. Price: From £335.00 to £380.00 See if this product qualifies for a discount under our Teacher and Student Discount Scheme |
