Try Before You Buy

We want to take the anxiety out of buying over the internet.

We would like to invite you to visit us and try out some instruments with absolutely no obligation whatsoever.

Our studio-office - in a converted water mill - is located in 16 acres of Devon countryside. If the weather is good you can play under the maple trees beside the river where the acoustics are as natural as they come!

Don't worry if it's raining. There is a playing area in the studio with a mid- to bright-acoustic.

Come at luncthime and we will probably be able to rustle up some refreshments.

Bring the children and we can usually find them some companions to play with outside.

It's essential to phone before coming as we can normally only accommodate 1 person/group at a time;
The concert guitar dresscode - our instruments are precious to us so please wear

a sweater / sweatshirt with no front buttons or zips
no belt buckles
no rings
no watch straps

Delivery Charges and Orders Outside the Mainland UK

Delivery throughout the mainland UK is free as usual. If you are not in the mainland UK, please phone (+44 (0)1363 881174) or email for delivery charges to your location - please tell us what you want to buy as well as your full postal address. Alternatively just place your order using our secure checkout and we will email you with delivery costs - we will not take payment until you reply confirming your order. Orders delivered outside Europe and to the Channel Islands are free of VAT.
