Opening hours
We are an on-line store and mail order business, open all year Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, except bank holidays.
You are welcome to visit us to play guitars before you buy. Please phone for an appointment.
Ordering by phone
Phone +44 (0)1363 881174 with your order details. As there are many options to choose from, we are very happy to talk your order through with you, so please call if you are not sure exactly what you would like.
Ordering by www.
Just browse our collections and select the items you would like to order by clicking the " Select" button and these will be placed in your shopping cart. You can see what's in your cart by clicking "View cart" which is at the top right of every page.
When you have finished shopping, click the "Checkout" button on the top right of any page, or if you are in the shopping basket page itself, click the button saying "Go to Checkout". We will calculate your total order costs.
At the Checkout, please follow the instructions on the form. If you wish to give payment details on line, then complete the card details as set out on the form and give details of the gift vouchers you are using. If you prefer to give payment details to us over the phone, please call. Or if you want to order by post, print out the page.
Finally, if you are buying on-line, please remember to review our terms and conditions and then the confirm button at the bottom of the page.
Ordering By Post
Follow the instructions for Ordering by WWW but at the checkout click the appropriate option.
Please then send us your order with payment details as follows:
If paying by cheque, please let us have your name, address, telephone number, and delivery address and enclose a cheque made payable to PLUS Online Stores Ltd. Please write your cheque guarantee card number on the back.
If paying by credit or debit card, please let us have your name as appears on the card, billing address including postcode, delivery address, telephone number, card number, expiry and start dates ( if your card has them) and 3 digit security code on the back of the card (this is the last 3 numbers printed in your signature box).

Gift vouchers can be used for full or part payment of any order - please enclose them with your order.

Ordering By Email
Email your order using our convenient email/contact form . Type your order into the message box.
Please provide payment details as per "ordering by post" or if you prefer, ask us to 'phone you back for your details.
Please remember to supply an email and daytime telephone number so that we can contact you quickly in case of a query.
Keeping Copies of Your Order
Please keep a copy of your order however you place it with us, together with all emails and/or paperwork that we later send you. This will help in case of query.
We will confirm by phone or email when your order has been accepted and is on its way to you.
