Our Delivery Service
UK Delivery
Delivery costs are included in our prices to all UK destinations (exclusing Channel Islands). Guitars are usually delivered within 24 to 48hrs - but we always like to talk to you first if we can to agree a day when you are in. We use a next day delivery service and if you specifically want a morning or afternoon or a Saturday delivery please phone as we need to make a small charge to cover our courier's additional charge to us.Strings and accessories are normally posted in 24hrs (2nd class).
(90%+ of everything on the web site is always in stock and so only occasionally can we not keep to our normal delivery standards)
Channel Islands, European and Worldwide Delivery
We are very happy to deliver outside the UK.Delivery by insured courier will be charged at cost on all orders delivered to Channel Island, European and worldwide addresses.

Special Orders
We are very happy to obtain guitars we do not normally stock.Non stock guitars and guitars built to order are subject to waiting times which can vary from days to months, depending on a range of factors beyond our control. We will give you our very best time estimates before you confirm your order and we will keep you informed at every stage of the process.
Signed for Delivery only
We only deliver when the goods are signed for.
This is for everyone's benefit as it helps to avoid theft and fraud. If no one is in, a card will be put through the door giving instructions.
