UK and European Delivery Charges
Delivery by insured courier will be charged at cost on all orders delivered to a UK or European address.
Delivery Times
Goods supplied ex-stock should be delivered in 3 days of payment being cleared. This is normally instantaneous when payment is by credit and can take up to a week in the case of cheques.
Guitars built to order are subject to waiting times which can vary from days to months, depending on a range of factors beyond our control. Be assured that we will keep you informed at every stage of the process.
Signed for Delivery only
We only deliver when the goods are signed for.
This is for everyone's benefit as it helps to avoid theft and fraud. If no one is in, a card will be put through the door giving instructions.
